Deutz Clark 6.0L EDC17CV52 AdBlue Off

We recently had a customer with a Deutz Clark 6.0L engine equipped with EDC17CV52 ECU come to us requesting to disable the AdBlue system. We were happy to take on the task and successfully delivered the desired outcome.

The Deutz Clark 6.0L engine is commonly used in construction, agriculture, and mining equipment. The EDC17CV52 ECU is responsible for managing the engine’s performance and emissions control system, including the AdBlue system.

AdBlue is an exhaust after-treatment system designed to reduce harmful emissions from diesel engines. It uses a solution of urea and water to convert nitrogen oxides into harmless nitrogen and water vapor. While AdBlue is an effective solution to meet emissions regulations, it can be costly and require additional maintenance.

By disabling the AdBlue system on the Deutz Clark 6.0L engine, our customer will no longer need to use AdBlue or worry about the associated maintenance costs. However, it’s important to note that disabling the AdBlue system can have legal implications in certain regions and should only be done in compliance with local laws and regulations.
