DAF LF Cummins CM2350A AdBlue and DPF off

We recently had the opportunity to work with a DAF LF truck that was equipped with a Cummins CM2350A ECU. The truck was originally fitted with a DPF and AdBlue system, which are designed to reduce emissions by trapping particulate matter and converting harmful nitrogen oxides into less harmful substances.

However, many truck owners find these systems to be problematic, as they can be expensive to maintain and repair, and can cause a loss of performance and fuel economy. As a result, many truck owners are interested in disabling these systems in order to improve their overall driving experience, fuel economy and also to avoid any expensive repair bills.

On the DAF LF truck, we were able to successfully disable the DPF and Adblue systems, which allowed the truck to operate more efficiently.

The key to disabling these systems is to modify the ECU software to ignore the DPF and AdBlue sensors and codes. This requires a deep understanding of the ECU architecture and programming, as well as advanced diagnostic equipment and software.

However, it’s important to note that disabling the AdBlue and DPF systems can have legal implications in certain regions and should only be done in compliance with local laws and regulations.
