Check out our pop and bang on Suzuki Baleno ME17.9.64

This Suzuki Baleno comes with 1.2 L petrol K-Series engine with 88bhp power and 113Nm torque. Which make it one of the best hatchback model in its segment.

Our customer asked us to make an extreme pop and bang after installing his new free flow exhaust. We always recommend to remove catalyst when doing pop and bang tune to get the optimum results.

Pop and bang sometime  called burbles or crackles is made by retarding the ignition angle and increasing the delay time for the fuel cut off when the piston reach at the top dead center. Increasing the fuel cut off delay maps keeps the injector open for few more seconds and make the air fuel mixture rich even after the piston reaches top dead center. The late ignition angle fire this rich mixture and the the explosive gas flue escapes through the opened exhaust valve and make the pop sound which you hear.

The fuel cut of delay time and the ignition retard angle should be adjusted optimally to get the peak combustion pressure enough to make the pop and bangs.
