BMW G30 540i MG1CS003 Stage 1 and Stage 2 (improved)

We are excited to announce that we have developed an improved ECU tuning file for the BMW G30 540i B58 with ECU MG1CS003. This new tune optimizes the engine’s performance, increasing both horsepower and torque, and improving throttle response.

The B58 engine is widely considered one of the best engines BMW has ever built, and for good reason. It’s a 3.0-liter, six-cylinder inline engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger that delivers exceptional power and performance. The engine features a closed-deck block design that provides strength and rigidity, as well as a lightweight aluminum construction that helps reduce overall weight.

The B58 engine also incorporates advanced technologies, such as BMW’s Valvetronic variable valve lift and Double VANOS variable valve timing, which enhance both power and efficiency. Additionally, the engine features a direct injection system that delivers fuel directly into the combustion chamber, improving fuel efficiency and reducing emissions.

With our improved ECU tuning file, we have optimized the B58 engine’s performance even further, unlocking its full potential. Our tuning file provides a noticeable increase in power and torque, as well as smoother and more responsive throttle response. The best of this we make sure safety systems are still working in the ECU file and are not bypassed. This way we ensure optimal power delivery witouth sacrificing safety.
